Wouldn’t it be lovely to be able create one of our infamous Eagle One cocktails whenever and wherever you wanted? Just think....all those amazing flavours crammed into one sumptuous glass of delight...well now you can with the recipes below!
You can you buy a bottle of Eagle One gin from the hotel, bar or restaurant, and now you can order online too!
Lanson Mule
Ingredients
Handful of blueberries
Half a kiwi
3 mint leaves
Handful of crushed ice
30ml Eagle One gin (summer)
15ml apricot brandy
15ml Mint Syrup
Splash of ginger beer
Equipment
High ball glass
Strainer
Shaker
Method
- Crush the blueberries and kiwi in a small jug – you can use the end of a rolling pin for this. Pour into a tall glass and add a handful of the crushed ice.
- Add a little more ice into the shaker along with the other ingredients.
- Seal and shake....then shake some more...and then finally shake one last time!
- Then strain into the glass of crushed ice, blueberries and kiwi.
- Top up with ginger beer and garnish with mint.
Bramble
Ingredients
60ml Eagle One Gin
30ml Freshly squeezed Lemon
15ml Raspberry syrup
Glass full of crushed ice
15ml Creme De Mure/cassis
Drizzle Lemon and blackberry to garnish

Method
- Add the gin, fresh lemon, and raspberry syrup to a shaker and shake!
- Add crushed ice to your glass
- Strain and pour over ice
- Drizzle your Creme De Mure over your crushed ice and drink
- Add garnish
English Garden
Ingredients
40ml Eagle One gin
25ml St Germain
15ml apricot brandy
Ginger beer
Ice
Cucumber sliced lengthways for garnish
Equipment
Large bowl long stemmed glass Strainer
Shaker
Method
- Add the gin, St Germain and apricot brandy to a shaker and shake!
- Add ice to your glass
- Add your length of sliced cucumber to the inside edge of your glass.
- Double Strain your cocktail and pour over ice
- Add your ginger beer to top up
